Fondest Girl Scout Memory: My mother gave me a good, stern "talking to" about keeping my hair combed and neat while at Girl Scout Camp Hazlewood. My first day there, I dropped my comb down the latrine. I cried all day long. I finally went to my counselor’s tent and told her of my situation and again cried. She gave me a big hug and pulled out a brand new comb, just for me!
